What is included in a free consultation?
During a 15 minute video consultation, you can talk through your questions about what kind of support may be right for you or your child. You will speak with a psychologist who can recommend helpful next steps.
The consultation is designed to help guide you toward the right care. During the meeting, you can receive guidance and, if appropriate, book further support for yourself or your child with one of our psychiatrists, psychologists, or for a neuropsychiatric evaluation. If we believe another provider may be a better fit for your needs, we will help refer you to the appropriate service.
The free consultation consists of a 15 minute video meeting.
How do I book a free consultation?

- Fill out the form – if you are seeking support for your child, please enter your child’s information and add your own details as the legal guardian in the designated section.
Who is the free consultation for?
The free consultation is available for adults seeking support for themselves or for their child. The purpose is to help answer questions about which type of care, evaluation, or treatment may be most appropriate.
Book a free consultation if you:
- are considering seeking mental health care for yourself or your child.
- are wondering whether a neuropsychiatric evaluation may be appropriate for you or your child.
- are looking for support from a psychologist or psychiatrist for psychological or medical treatment for yourself or your child.
Please note that the consultation does not replace an initial appointment, a full assessment, or treatment.
Should my child participate in the free consultation?
If you are a legal guardian seeking support for your child, only the adult guardian participates in the consultation. Your child may be invited to take part in the next step, depending on what you and the psychologist decide during the consultation.
What happens if I cannot attend my scheduled appointment?
Our standard cancellation policy applies. If the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit, or in the case of a missed appointment, a fee will be charged.
