Rates and booking
You are welcome to us for counseling, treatment, and evaluation with a psychologist, a psychiatrist or a nurse. We offer short waiting times, high quality of care, and an individual plan tailored to your needs.
If you are under 18 years of age, you will need your legal guardian’s approval in order to make a booking.
About our online booking
- Our online booking offers a quick way of booking an appointment with our psychologists and doctors
- In order to book a doctor’s appointment, choose “Psykiatri” for 17+ year olds or ”Barn- och ungdomspsykiatri” for 0-19 year olds
- Neuropsychiatric evaluation includes ADHD, ADD and autism
- When booking a neuropsychiatric evaluation, your first visit will be a pre-assessment with a psychologist. You will meet one of our psychologists, talk about the difficulties you or your child experiences and review the evaluation procedure.
- When booking an appointment for a minor, we kindly ask you to submit the caregiver’s details. Under the headline “Symtom”, please include:
- Name
- Personnummer (the Swedish social security number)
- Phone number
- E-mail address

Counseling and evaluation with a psychiatrist (child/adolescent or adult)
Book a first visit for counseling, assessment or medical treatment with one of our psychiatrists for children and adolescents (0-19 years) or for adults (17+ years). During your first visit, you and the psychiatrist will discuss the best way forward. If you have requests for medical treatment or certificates, the psychiatrist will decide if it is applicable. At the moment, medical treatment is only available for children and adolescents at our clinic in Stockholm.

Financing
Through partnership with Medical Finance we offer you interest free loans* up to 60 000 SEK with 12 or 24 months of installments, and the option of installments up to 200 000 SEK with interest. You apply online, choose the amount you want to apply for, and pick Moment Psykologi in the list of clinics. Your application needs to be signed with Bank-ID.
*Representative example (for interest free credit at Medical Finance)
If you take out a loan of 50 000 SEK with 0% in credit interest and a 24 month plan, the administrative fee of 55 SEK per month as well as the one-time fee of 795 SEK for setting the plan up, the effective interest sums up to 4.09%. The total amount of repayment will then equal to 52 115 SEK, i. e. 2 171 SEK/month. Medical Finance is a credit market company supervised by Finansinspektionen.

Cancelations fees and policies – Neuropsychiatric evaluation
Appointments can be cancelled or changed with at least 48 hours of notice without incurring any fees. Late cancellations and/or changes incur a fee of 1400 SEK, per appointment, beyond the initial price for the evaluation.
Cancelations fees and policies – clinical and/or psychological treatment and counseling
Appointments can be cancelled and or changed with at least 24 hours of notice without incurring any fees. Late cancellations and/or changes incur a fee equal to that of the appointment.
Payment
Payment is made at the reception at the time of the appointment, either by card or swish. Evaluations are invoiced and the appointments are booked once the invoice is paid.
