A neuropsychiatric evaluation or an assessment of diagnosis starts with an hour long consultation. After the consultation, we will let you know whether we recommend a full evaluation/assessment or not. In case of a full evaluation or an assessment, we will present an evaluation/assessment plan.

The prices above include appointments. Additional laboratory tests, prescriptions, certificates, phone calls and follow-ups, that are handled outside your appointment are charged separately.

Payment is made at the reception at the time of the appointment, either by card or swish. Evaluations are invoiced and the appointments are booked once the invoice is paid.

If payment has not reached us at due date, you will receive a reminder with 60 SEK reminder fee + late payment interest with seven days payment terms. If payment has not reached us at the new due date, you will receive a debt collection claim + 180 SEK fee + late payment interest.

Please contact your insurance company to find out if healthcare at Moment is covered by your insurance – Moment Psykologi have agreements with several insurance companies.

Through partnership with Medical Finance we offer you installments, please see current terms on www.medicalfinance.se. You apply online, choose the amount you want to apply for, and pick Moment Psykologi in the list of clinics. Your application needs to be signed with Bank-ID.

If you are unable to repay your debt on time, you risk receiving a payment default record. This may lead to difficulties in renting a home, signing contracts for subscriptions, and obtaining new loans. For support, contact the municipal budget and debt counseling service. Cancelations fees and policies – Free consultation

A scheduled free consultation can be rescheduled or canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancelations, changes and non-appearances incur a fee of SEK 400.

Cancelations fees and policies – Neuropsychiatric evaluation

Appointments can be cancelled or changed with at least 48 hours of notice without incurring any fees. Late cancelations, changes and non-appearances incur a fee of 1400 SEK, per appointment, beyond the initial price for the evaluation.

Appointments can be cancelled and or changed with at least 24 hours of notice without incurring any fees. Late cancelations, changes and non-appearances incur a fee equal to that of the appointment.

The national patient overview allows the person taking care of you to see the kind of care you have received in the past, in order to provide safer and better care.

During some visits, we use a secure AI-powered documentation tool from Tandem Health that helps the clinician write the medical record. The AI tool transcribes the conversation and creates a draft. No audio recording is saved. The clinician always reviews, edits, and approves the text before any information is added to your medical record.

The purpose of using Tandem’s  AI tool is to make documentation easier and allow the clinician to be more present during the conversation. You can always choose not to have the AI tool used during your visit. Your decision will not affect the care you receive.
