We offer counseling and treatment for various conditions, such as stress, sadness, relationship problems, or need of advice in difficult situations.<\/p>\n<p>With cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) you will learn to manage your thoughts, feelings, and behavior in a more constructive manner. You will also receive support in implementing changes that you might find difficult to execute on your own.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some of the services we offer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cognitive testing, including recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Screening for mental health, and preventative counseling<\/li>\n<li>Family counseling with focus on healthy relationships and well being<\/li>\n<li>Parental support<\/li>\n<li>Psychological counseling and CBT treatment<\/li>\n<li>Referrals to other care units<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>During your first visit, you and the psychologist will discuss the best way forward.<\/p>\n<p>At our clinics in Stockholm and Malm\u00f6, we provide counseling and treatment with a psychologist for all ages \u2013 children, adolescents, and adults.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you are feeling low \u2013 regardless whether you know why or not \u2013 a psychologist can be of assistance.
